Fred M. Warner born in England in 1865 died 1923 . Warner spent most of his life in Michigan in Farmington as businessman and agriculturist he established a number of cheese factories. In 1895 he served as a State Senator , in 1901 til 1904 he was the Michigan Secretary of State. Then 1904 he became Governor of Michigan until 1911. As governor he was known as a progressive advocating regulation, conservation, woman's suffrage and child labor laws.
